Tiers at a glance
Five tiers: Shadow (free, view-only), Starter, Growth, Pro, Enterprise. The marketing-page summary is at /pricing; this page covers the rules behind the numbers.
Tier placement
You qualify for the highest tier where both your monthly orders and monthly GMV are at or below the tier's ceiling. Cross either gate and you tier up.

What counts as GMV
GMV is the total dollar value of orders we score in a calendar month. We measure it at the moment of scoring (after discounts, before refunds). Refunds and cancellations don't reduce GMV for tier-placement purposes — but they also don't trigger billable re-scores.
Mid-month upgrades
Crossing a tier ceiling mid-month upgrades you immediately and prorates the bill. Example for a Starter→Growth crossing on day 16:
- Days 1–15: Starter ($99 × 15/30 = $49.50)
- Days 16–30: Growth ($399 × 15/30 = $199.50)
- Total month: $249
We email you at 80% of any threshold so the upgrade isn't a surprise.
Downgrades
Tier-down requires three consecutive months below the threshold. A single quiet month doesn't churn your billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
Overage
If your real volume blows past the next tier's ceiling, you stay on that tier and pay overage per order. Overage rates:
- Starter: $0.10 / order
- Growth: $0.08 / order
- Pro: $0.06 / order
- Enterprise: $0.04 / order (or custom)
Annual billing
Pay yearly and save 15% on every paid tier. The discount applies on the day you switch; any unused monthly balance is credited.
Shadow tier specifics
- Up to 5,000 scored orders / month (soft cap — we email at 80%).
- 5 active rules, view-only scoring (no auto-block, no auto-hold).
- 90-day data retention.
- No AI scoring. Deterministic pipeline only.
Shadow is genuinely free — we use it to let merchants prove out the scoring engine on their own data before committing.
Cancellation
Cancel from Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of the period. No contract on Starter / Growth / Pro. Enterprise plans have a custom term you negotiate.
